These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, buyers, contractors, and merchants accessing Paktoolbox.com. By accessing this site or purchasing machinery, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or operating under authorized supervision.

Paktoolbox reserves the right to revise or update these terms without personal individual notice. Any changes will be posted immediately on this page with the updated effective date.

All power tools, cordless equipment, and accessories displayed are guaranteed 100% authentic from licensed manufacturer distributions (such as Ingco, Hyundai, Wiseup, Wadfow, etc.).

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include standard store taxes.
• While we strive for complete accuracy, technical errors in pricing or specs may occur. In such rare events, we reserve the right to contact you for confirmation or cancel the order prior to dispatch.
• Product images reflect actual physical tools, though minor cosmetic updates by manufacturers may occur.

Orders placed on Paktoolbox.com are subject to warehouse inventory availability and customer phone/WhatsApp confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for residential, commercial, and workshop addresses across all serviceable cities and districts throughout Pakistan.
• Direct Bank Transfer / IBFT: You may settle invoices via direct online bank transfer (Raast, Habib Bank, Meezan Bank, etc.) for instant priority processing.
• We reserve the right to verify high-ticket machine orders (over PKR 30,000) via phone call before dispatch to prevent invalid shipments.

• Return or replacement requests must be registered within 14 calendar days of receiving delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original manufacturer packaging, accompanied by all bits, chargers, manuals, and proof of purchase.
• Approved refunds are issued directly to your bank account / IBFT within 3 to 5 business days.

Power tools, angle grinders, circular saws, and induction machinery are industrial grade instruments requiring skill and caution.

• Always operate machinery with recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, protective gloves, and ear protection.
• Paktoolbox.com is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or collateral losses resulting from machine misuse, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications.
• Warranty does not cover armature burnout caused by operating machines outside rated voltage or excessive overload beyond rated duty cycle.

All graphics, product photography, trademarks, brand badges, software code, and marketing content displayed on Paktoolbox.com are the exclusive property of Paktoolbox or our authorized manufacturer partners.

Unauthorized duplication, scraping, or republication of our tool descriptions and digital assets for commercial use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal remedy under Pakistani copyright law.
