✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
• You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).

To begin the return or exchange process:

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Paktoolbox.com will cover the return shipping cost.
• In other cases (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

💰 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, or store credit within 3–5 business days.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange a product (e.g., different size or model), please mention it during the return request. Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
